We aim to have all orders leave our warehouse within 2 business days of the time it is placed. Please note the warehouse is closed on weekends so any orders submitted Friday evening through Sunday will be processed on the next business day (typically Monday).
If you purchased a pre-order the estimated timeline is stated on the product page and at checkout. We will ship it out to you once it is received by our warehouse.

We offer free returns for a full refund (minus shipping fees) within 15 days of receipt of item.
Items must be unused, unworn, in the original packaging, with the original tags and security tags attached. We reserve the right to reject or charge a return fee on any items which do not follow these guidelines.
Final Sale cannot be returned unless the wrong size or style was received.
All shipping costs are non-refundable. We are not liable for any damages caused to the product during transit.
Please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment.
We will send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it's on the way.
