If you purchased a pre-order the estimated timeline is stated on the product page and at checkout. We will ship it out to you once it is received by our warehouse.

We aim to have all in stock pieces fulfilled within 2 business days.

Please note the warehouse is closed on weekends so any orders submitted Friday after 12pm through Sunday will be processed on the next business day (typically Monday).

We offer free shipping on orders $300 and above. For orders less than $300 shipping is calculated at checkout using UPS.

You have the option to add Route Package Protection at checkout as well.

We  accept returns on full priced items within 15 days. You must create the return in our portal and postmark within this time frame. For items being returned for a full refund, a $14 handling/restock fee will be deducted from your refund. 

If you opt for an exchange or store credit, the handling fee will be waived. 

Items must be unused, unworn, in the original packaging, with the original tags and security tags attached. We reserve the right to reject any items which do not follow these guidelines. We are not liable for any damages caused to the product during transit.

Final Sale cannot be returned.

All shipping costs, as well as, Route package protection are non-refundable.

Please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment.

We will send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it's on the way.

If the size you need is available/stocked we can offer an exchange. Please visit our returns center and follow the prompts.

We can change or cancel an order so long that it has not been shipped yet. Please contact hello@kiskastudios.com and one of our representatives will do their best to accommodate your change.
