SHIPPING

What is the status of my order? We aim to have all orders shipped within 1-2 business days. For any questions please email hello@kiskastudios.com. 

Do you ship internationally? We do not ship internationally at this time.

How much is shipping? Shipping is calculated at checkout.


RETURNS/CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS

What is your return policy? We offer free returns for a full refund (minus shipping fees) within 30 days. 

Items must be unused, unworn, in the original packaging, with the original tags and security tags attached. We reserve the right to reject any items which do not follow these guidelines. All shipping costs are non-refundable. We are not liable for any damages caused to the product during transit. 

How do I make a return? Please visit our returns center and follow the prompts.

When will I get my refund? Please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment. We will send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it's on the way.

Can I exchange for a different size? We do take exchanges at this time. Please visit our returns center and follow the prompts.

What if I need to change or cancel my order? We can change or cancel an order so long that it has not been shipped yet. Please contact hello@kiskastudios.com and one of our representatives will do their best to accommodate your change.
